Illumiletter is proud to offer hand delivery from our shop directly to yours if you are located within our shipping routes! If your shop is located within 4 hours of Yakima, WA, then we're able to bring your sign directly to you, no third party shipping neccessary!
Because we're able to offer said service, we create batch deliveries. This means if we have five signs going to Seattle, we'll ship all five signs at the same time! Because of this, delivery dates on invoices are estimates, and are not guaranteed.
If you need your sign sooner than its scheduled delivery date, will-call pickup is always available. Please call your project manager to inform them of your arrival time!

We currently offer shipping in the United States only. We are working on getting shipping to Canada and Mexico.
How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Once your sign is shipped, we will send you a tracking number through one of our trusted shipping partners.
Some signs may take longer to ship depending on their size.

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

Pre-Fabricated signage does not include graphics on faces. If you need graphics, please call and place a customized sign order.

We're sorry to hear that! We're happy to correct this! Before you send a request for a change/refund, please make sure you have confirmed the following
- The artwork you provided was up to date
- The confirmation email sent to you by your project manager was approved
Please verify that you have not installed your sign. If your sign has been installed before the mistake was caught, the warranty on the sign is void. Please visit our warranty page to learn more.
